Accommodations
Whilst "ROMACHRIS" is a true Offshore Performance cruiser, she does provide her guests with an extremely comfortable interior layout and style. The opening cockpit is perfect for long lazy days of Mediterranean cruising. The main guest accommodation areas are well laid out and are extremely well appointed. The interior decoration is very tasteful combining light Maple wood and marquetry inlays, with cream carpets, the subtle use of leather on sofas and deck heads and the vast swathes of natural light which filter into the yacht make her very comfortable to be aboard.
Lower deck from forward:
Crew accommodation is found furthermost forward on the lower deck, to port is a Single Captains cabin and to starboard is a twin Crew Cabin. Both cabins share one bathroom on the Port side. Aft of the crew cabins is found the well-equipped galley which also doubles as the crew mess area with a small foldaway table, entertainment equipment and CCTV monitor for the Passarelle.
Aft of the Galley one moves into the Guest accommodation area; A twin Guest cabin complete with Pullman berth, is located on the port side of the yacht along with an ensuite shower room. The lower saloon is also located in this area with the staircase leading down from the main deck on the port side and a L-shaped Leather sofa and coffee table to Starboard which faces the 42 inch Plasma screen Television. There is also a small writing desk in the saloon.
From the saloon leading aft (down one step), an ensuite twin guest cabin complete with Pullman berth, is located to starboard. This bathroom also serves as the dayhead with a second access door from the guest corridor. To port is the VIP Cabin with Queen sized bed. Both the VIP cabin and the starboard Twin cabin have upright oblong windows in them, which lets swathes of natural light into the two cabins, which assists in making both these cabins feel much more spacious.
Aft of these cabins is the full beam master stateroom with a central king sized bed, sofa and vanity area to port and the entertainment systems located to starboard. To the port side but aft of the bed on the engine room bulkhead one finds two large hanging wardrobes and the door leading into the toilet and shower-room. To starboard of the bed is the bathroom with sink and French' bath.
Aft of the Master Stateroom is the engine room bulkhead, which is well insulated to keep noise levels to a minimum throughout the Owners accommodation.
Aft of the engine room is the Lazarette and garage which houses the yachts tender and wave runner. The toys' are launched via the Crane which is built into the passarelle.
Main deck from forward:
The foredeck is clean of obstructions, has good high hand-rails and is well laid out, access to the Anchor locker is through a hatch on the deck. A hot and cold-water shower is also located on the foredeck. On the forward part of the superstructure is a vast sunbathing pad with a bimini fitted to give shade to guests whilst the yacht is at anchor.
Moving aft down either of the side decks, access can be gained to the cockpit via the side deck doors. Forward in the cockpit is the helm station with three leather pilot seats and good clear visibility both fore and aft of the yacht. Access to the lower deck is via the staircase, which leads down from the port side of the helm station.
Aft of the helm station is a bar area to starboard a central storage and service point and again to port another service point with Icemaker and chill cupboard.
The cockpit has fantastic flexibility with the opening hardtop, the area can be entirely closed down to be either heated or air-conditioned or can be open to the elements during fine weather. Dining is to the port side on a long table comfortably seating 8 / 10 guests. To starboard are two smaller coffee tables and sofa seating for up to 8 guests.
Aft of this area one leads out of the protection of the opening hard top onto the aft deck. Large aft facing Sunbeds are found to both port and starboard, stairs then lead down both the Port and starboard side of the transom onto the bathing platform, where access to the water is via swim ladder. A hot and cold-water shower is also located in this area.
