SEA BIRDrepresents one of the most customized 20' beam series Broward's which features a four stateroom layout with crew quarter's aft, a new custom interior in '07 along with numerous upgrades to the interior and exterior equipment.The oversizedPilothouse features Teak and Holly Sole along with L-shaped bench seat, new Bluewater "teak"helm chair, built-in storage and upholstered bulkheads. A state-of-the-art electronics package along with customized steering wheel and ebony chart flats.Further aft is the on-deck Powder Room with custom marble flooring, oyster shell wall covering, vanity top, gold fixtures and mirrored overhead. Next, the Main Salon is divided into a formal Dining Area with custom maple cabinetry and dividers port and starboard along with new Velcro panel headliner and new lighting system. The Main Salon features comfortable furnishings and a full entertainment center to starboard housing audio-visual equipment including a 46" Sharp Aquos TV Through the centerline door is the teak aft deck which features a new Bluewater teak table, custom bar, icemaker, refrigerator along with seating and spiral staircase to the flybridge. Access to the Crew Quarter's and Engine room is through the stern. Below deck, the owner's Stateroom features a King-size berth, bowed maple dressers with marble surfaces, two walk-in cedar closets and a dramatic His & Her marble bath. There are two additional Guest Staterooms, the starboard with twin berths and a Pullman, and the port which features a double door entryway and tapered queen berth. All staterooms feature entertainment centers with TV, stereo CD player as well as hidden digital thermostat controls.The oversized Flybridge is equipped with sunlounges, wetbar with Jenn Aire grill, wing stations, bimini top with full EZ2CY enclosureand bench seating with dining. The boat deck features a 15' Novurania and liferafts. Interior Decor: Updated 2007SEA BIRD's custom interiorwas just recently updated in 2007 with new furnishings, refinished all birdseye maple joinery, new overhead, lighting system, etc. A toner was added to the beautiful birdseye maple to give its satin finish a warmer, more subtle quality. The strong emphasis on interior joinery is evident from the fluted ceiling details and raised newel posts in the main salon, to the radius front nightstands and tapered pilasters in the Master Stateroom.Other interior items worth noting are the beautifulstainless railing, elaborate stonework throughout, and a very appealingforward VIPstateroom.
